F2T Productions presents summer cooking classes

July 11, 2018

Join F2T Productions at City Roots this summer for one of our many farm to table cooking classes.  With multiple classes left, including a 3 class charcuterie board series, there are many options available for anyone who wishes to learn from our top-class chefs.

F2T Catering Chef Gabrielle Watson will kick off the first class on July 12th at City Roots, teaching how to create her Vegan Summer Bounty Bites and Vegan Flat Bread.   Along with multiple Vegan tastings and 2 glasses of wine or 2 beers, this class and all the F2T Productions cooking classes this summer will include recipe cards and cooking instructions.

Join Chef Kristian Niemi for our second class of the summer while he teaches grilling techniques featuring chicken and vegetables at City Roots farm.  Chef and owner of Bourbon Columbia will not only be teaching grilling techniques for chicken and vegetables but will also be teaching how to de-bone an entire chicken (Spatchcock or Butterfly Style of Preparing a Whole Chicken).

Bourbon head chef Frank Bradley will be teaching a series of summer classes throughout the summer, each highlighting different aspects of creating charcuterie boards. The first class will be held on the 23rd of July and will feature quick pickling techniques.  The second and third classes will occur on July 30th and August 13th with the second featuring how to create jams and mustards, and the third teaching how to make your own pork and duck sausage.  Tickets for Frank Bradley’s classes can be purchased individually or for a discounted bundle price on the F2T Productions website!
