School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties has a new online application for its magnet and other choice programs.
The online choice application will open on January 22, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. and will remain open through February 2, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
Parents can access the online form during the “choice application window” by using the following web address: www.d5choiceapp.com or by clicking a link that will be found on the district website (www.lexrich5.org) or any of the school websites.
Parents will create an account the first time they visit the application home page and will use those login credentials for all future visits. Upon logging in, parents of currently enrolled students will need their student’s “PowerSchool Student ID Number” to create an application.
