Student-run bistro opens to public for spring semester

Bistro lunch service returns for the spring semester Tuesday, Jan. 23 at McCutchen House. Students from the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management run the bistro under the leadership of their instructors, learning the restaurant business from top to bottom while providing fantastic four-course lunches for $12.
The general public is welcome for lunch Tuesday– Friday each week.
