HUB Carolinas expands with acquisition of Banyan Consulting Group and sales team hiring

KeenanSuggs | HUB (KS | HUB) has announced the acquisition of Banyan Consulting Group, Inc. (Banyan).  KS | HUB is a division of Hub International Limited (HUB), the 7th largest global brokerage in the world.  

With offices in Greensboro, Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina, Banyan specializes in employee benefits. Alan Overbey, CEO of Banyan and his team will join Hub Carolinas and will report to Tommy Suggs, President and CEO of HUB Carolinas.  With the Banyan acquisition, HUB Carolinas will be serving clients in North and South Carolina with a total of 12 regional offices.

In addition, KeenanSuggs | HUB has announced the hiring of five new advisors to the Carolinas sales team in Charlotte, Greenville and Charleston: Thomas Cleveland, Matt Foote, Becca McAlprin, Lanny McAlister and Davis Whittle.  HUB International will continue its dual growth focus of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
