Cypress sells former flooded TitleMax property on Devine Street

Cypress Commercial and Investment Real Estate, a Columbia-based firm serving the southeast, announced James C. Harrison, III, CCIM and Carter Seawell recently sold the 0.77+/- acre former TitleMax located on Devine Street, in Columbia, SC. This property was severely damaged by the floods in October of 2015 and the building became uninhabitable. The property will be redeveloped by a local developer.
