Colliers International brings software firm SAS Institute to first SC location at downtown Capitol Center

Colliers International represented the landlord in the lease of office space at 1201 Main Street in Columbia, SC to SAS Institute, a North Carolina-based technology and software firm that is new to the South Carolina market. This new tenant was attracted to Capitol Center’s downtown location, which provided SAS Institute with proximity to amenities and clients.
“We’ve seen significant growth in business analytics and cloud analytics strategy in the Columbia market in the last year,” said Wilkerson, a Brokerage Associate. “We are excited to welcome SAS Institute to South Carolina and to Capitol Center.”
Mary Winter Teaster and Allen Wilkerson are both members of the Colliers office brokerage team. Teaster specializes in commercial office properties, assisting owners and users in the acquisition and disposition of space. Wilkerson specializes in corporate and landlord consulting services and representation of clients in the leasing and sale of office properties.
