Scott and Company LLC announced the addition of John “Jay” Ashworth, Jr, CPA to their professional team.

Ashworth joins Scott and Company LLC as a senior in the firm’s Assurance and Advisory Services department. His experience includes conducting audits and reviews for a variety of industries, including manufacturing companies, auto dealerships, city and county governments, employee benefit plans, and non-profits. Ashworth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and studied accounting at Lander University.
