Patrick Quinn joins Nelson Mullins in Columbia

Patrick D. Quinn has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as an associate in the Columbia office where he will concentrate his practice in the area of complex civil litigation, including automotive franchise and distribution litigation and counseling. He has tried cases in venues across South Carolina in both state and federal courts and has diverse litigation experience.
Mr. Quinn joins the firm from another regional law firm where his litigation practice was focused on catastrophic personal injury, medical device and product defect claims, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, and construction defect claims. He has served as lead counsel in resolving more than 100 diverse civil litigation matters through trial, settlement, or arbitration.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
