Ameris Bank Mortgage Services welcomes Chris McCollum as new Mortgage Banker

COLUMBIA, SC – Ameris Bank Mortgage Services is pleased to announce that Chris McCollum has joined the Ameris Bank team. As a Mortgage Banker, McCollum will be responsible for growing Ameris Bank’s Mortgage Services in the Columbia market.
With over 20 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry, McCollum is committed to helping people achieve homeownership, whether purchasing a new home or refinancing an existing one. As a member of the community for many years, he is familiar with the area and has a great working relationship with local realtors.

McCollum is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Economics. He is honored to call Columbia home, where he resides with his wife Megan and three boys Eli, Will and Andrew. In his free time, he enjoys officiating high school wrestling and has officiated 19 consecutive South Carolina State Wrestling Championships.
