Chadwick Devlin joins Nelson Mullins in Columbia

Chadwick S. Devlin has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in the Columbia office as an associate where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial, appellate, consumer, and employment litigation.

Mr. Devlin previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alison Renee Lee of the Fifth Judicial Circuit and also has been a judicial intern for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs of the U.S. District Court for South Carolina. He also has worked as a law clerk at both the City of Columbia Legal Department and another Columbia law firm, and he served as a University of South Carolina School of Law extern to the Richland County Public Defender’s Office.

Mr. Devlin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
