COLUMBIA, SC – Allegiance Industries, Inc., announced that it has acquired Mattox Electric Company, Inc.The merger will better serve the needs of former Mattox customers and existing Allegiance clients by integrating Allegiance’s superior customer service and management team along with Mattox’s skilled labor force, electrical knowledge and experience.
The purchase of the electric company fits into Allegiance Industries’ core business strategy by offering their clients a wide array of in house services. By purchasing the company, Allegiance Industries will expand its electrical services to facilities throughout the Southeast.
