Sitel announces Spartanburg County customer experience center

SPARTANBURG, SC – Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, announced significant business growth resulting in a new customer experience center in South Carolina. The new facility will bring $2.5 million in capital investment and more than 400 new full-time career opportunities to Spartanburg County in the next five years.
Sitel provides customer care services for some of the world’s most recognized brands. The company’s Spartanburg County operations will be housed in an existing 47,000-square-foot facility, located at 895 Springfield Road in Spartanburg, S.C.
Sitel’s new facility is expected to generate more than 400 new career opportunities in the Upstate.
