NAI Avant facilitates ±46,808 square foot lease of Columbia speculative building

NAI Avant senior brokers Nick Stomski, SIOR and Dick Stanland, SIOR, CCIM recently represented the landlord, Shop Grove Warehouses, LLC in the lease transaction of 195 Shop Grove Drive, Ste B. The ±46,808 square foot (SF) space is part of the Shop Grove Warehouse Industrial Park, featuring modernized distribution space. The tenant, American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc. expanded from 35,000 SF to 46,808 SF. Currently, there is one space left within the park comprising 23,492 SF.  The owner currently has plans underway to build the third and final industrial building within the park with an anticipated delivery date of December 2016.
