City to host North Main Improvements and Streetscape Open House

The City of Columbia will hold an open house for residents, businesses, and stakeholders to learn about updates on the North Main Improvements and Streetscaping Project and related efforts on Wednesday, February 10thfrom 5:30-7:00 PM. The open house will take place at the Earlewood Park Community Center at 1113 Parkside Dr.

Councilman Sam Davis commented, “I encourage all residents and business owners in North Columbia and along the North Main corridor to attend this public meeting in order to get updated information about the status of this project.  This meeting will also provide an opportunity for stakeholders to interact with city staff and get their questions answered.  This is an important process and we want our citizens involved in the future planning for North Main.”

City representatives will be on hand to answer questions about a variety of topics, including the North Main Improvements and Streetscaping Project.  Richland County representatives will also be available to talk about Penny Tax projects at work in the City of Columbia.
