Monument Real Estate Services expands presence in the Carolinas with three new management assignments

COLUMBIA, SC – Monument Real Estate Services, one of the country’s most skilled asset and property managers, announced today it has been retained to manage three apartment communities in the Carolinas: Silverstone Apartments in Charlotte, N.C.; Garden Villas Apartments in Gastonia, N.C.; and Country Walk Apartments in Columbia, S.C.
Monument Real Estate Services manages a portfolio of more than 12,000 units in markets throughout the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. As part of the firm’s comprehensive management services, it will implement several improvements to the communities, including the installation of new appliances, lighting and flooring in units.

Silverstone Apartments, located at 1305 Hunter Oaks Lane in Charlotte, N.C., offers 94 units. Garden Villas Apartments is comprised of 100 apartment homes and is located at 1776 Poston Circle in Gastonia, N.C. Both communities feature two- and three-bedroom units in garden-style buildings. Monument Real Estate Services additionally manages six other properties throughout North Carolina and has a regional office in Raleigh.
Located at 408 Foxfire Drive in Columbia, S.C., Country Walk Apartments features 200 garden-style apartments and townhomes. The community also includes a pool, playground, fitness center, business center and laundry facilities for residents. Country Walk Apartments joinsSt. Andrews, Peachtree Place and The Crossroads as the fourth property in Columbia, S.C., managed by the firm.
