Caroline Lindler Joins Strovis CFO Team
August 20, 2015COLUMBIA, SC – Strovis CFO, a CFO Consulting Firm that provides part time CFO services to small and medium sized businesses, announced the addition of Caroline Lindler to the Consulting Team. The announcement was made by Strovis Holdings CEO, Jenna Jordan, who said “we believe the skill set Caroline brings to the table would be tremendously beneficial to any company looking to improve their financial outlook”.
With over 11 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, Caroline has worked with both publicly traded and privately held companies across multiple industries including banking and finance, real estate, manufacturing and government. Her experience includes companies ranging from $200MM to $1B in revenue.
Prior to joining Strovis CFO, Caroline served as Vice President, Assistant Corporate Secretary and Financial Reporting Manager for an $8.5 billion financial institution headquartered in Columbia, SC. During her tenure, she spearheaded the external and internal financial reporting functions, the bank-wide budgeting and forecasting process, regulatory reporting, financial due diligence on prospective acquisitions, acquisition accounting and reporting, the month-end closing process and financial statements analytics. She consistently achieved highly successful internal, external and regulatory audit results due to her ability to build excellent working relationships with her business partners including external and internal auditors, regulators and attorneys. In addition, Caroline completed a one-year highly-intensive Executive Leadership training program through Grinnell Leadership and won several awards including the Chairman’s Award for her work on the largest and most complex acquisition (over $2B in assets) in bank history.
Prior to beginning her career, Caroline graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Upon graduation, she lived in Washington, D.C. where she obtained her Virginia CPA license, worked as an auditor for the federal government, and subsequently for a real estate investment trust (REIT). She eventually settled down in her hometown of Chapin, SC where she currently resides with her husband, Chad, and 2 children. Caroline volunteers as Treasurer of St. Jacobs Lutheran Church and participates in the Midlands Connecting networking group.
