Southeastern Freight Lines Promotes Donna Andrews to Vice President of Information Technology

LEXINGTON, SC Southeastern Freight Lines, the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, announced that Donna Andrews has been promoted to vice president of information technology.

Andrews has performed all software development functions at Southeastern for the past 32 years. Most recently, Andrews served as director of software development. She holds a degree from the University of South Carolina.

“Donna has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a firm commitment to the quality service that shapes our company’s culture,” said Woody Lovelace, senior vice president of corporate planning and development, Southeastern Freight Lines. “We are very excited to see her excel in this vital position with Southeastern.”

Southeastern has also promoted Joe Simpson to director of software development. Simpson has been with the company for 24 years, most recently serving as manager of software development, and holds a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

In addition, Christie Brown has been promoted to manager of software development at Southeastern. Brown has been with the company for 11 years, most recently serving as lead software engineer, and holds a degree from the University of Clemson.

Lastly, Southeastern has promoted Noelle Brault to manager of software development, where she will oversee electronic data interchange (EDI) development and other customer support functions. Brault has been with the company for 20 years, most recently serving as lead software engineer, and holds a degree from the University of South Carolina.
