Caitlin McConnell and Monica Goodale join Colliers International

New additions bring property marketing and property management expertise to Columbia’s dominant commercial real estate enterprise
COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International announced the hires of Caitlin McConnell as Brokerage Assistant and Monica Goodale as Property Administrator. The additions will assist Colliers in expanding its property marketing and property management services, which now exceeds 12 million square feet.

McConnell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a Minor in Fashion Merchandising and Global Studies from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. Her professional experience includes public relations, event coordination and writing and editing web content. As a Brokerage Assistant with Colliers International, McConnell provides marketing expertise and administrative support to the Industrial and Commercial/Land Brokerage teams at Colliers.
Goodale has over 20 years’ customer service experience and 7 years’ experience in property management and administration, including multifamily and single-family properties.
