CAE Director of Human Resources Inducted as Cayce-West Columbia Rotary President

CAYCE, SC – Chappelle Broome, Columbia Metropolitan Airport’s Director of Human Resources and DBE Liaison has officially been inducted as President of the Cayce-West Columbia Rotary Club.
Broome, a recent graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute, will serve a one-year term as Chapter President. During her term, she hopes to generate a renewed interest in Rotary’s mission and expand on the chapter’s already active engagement in the community. “We’ve been looking for ways to introduce rotary to our community’s next generation of leaders for a while now and I’m excited to have this chance to lead the charge on that. I’ll be the face of our chapter for the next year and my goal is to bring a new energy and fresh perspective on what rotary is and what it means to be a Rotarian. You do not join rotary and become a member, you join rotary and become a Rotarian and that is what sets rotary apart in the community and the world.” says Broome.
Among the Cayce-West Columbia chapter’s signature events are an annual Breakfast with Santa and the Cayce-West Columbia Rotary River Run.
