Fresh on the Menu Cooking Demonstrations at the SC State Fair

COLUMBIA, SC – October 14 -24, 2009 – Anyone interested in learning a few new culinary tricks is encouraged to stop by the South Carolina Department of Agriculture’s Fresh on the Menu stage during the SC State Fair, October 14-24.
 
The SC Department of Agriculture is again holding cooking demonstrations in the Americraft Cantey Building with South Carolina chefs and members of the SC Specialty Food Association highlighting the use of locally grown produce and products.
