Verizon Wireles Offers a Free Educational Mobile Workshop

SUMTER, SC – If you’re a Verizon Wireless customer who recently purchased a mobile broadband device including a Netbook, MiFi or Aircard, you’re thinking about purchasing one of these items, or you currently have a mobile broadband device and just want to learn more about its features and functionality, your local Verizon Wireless Communications store is here to help.
Verizon Wireless of Sumter, located at 73 W. Wesmark Boulevard invites customers to learn more about mobile broadband at the Mobile Broadband Demo Day on October 9, 2009. Data experts will be on hand at the retail store to conduct the workshop from 7:30AM – 9:00AM and will be available for demonstrations from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM for customers’ convenience.
Wireless technology evolves quickly and oftentimes, consumers can’t keep up fast enough to take advantage of the broad range of useful features available on their mobile broadband devices. Verizon Wireless is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible and wants to help customers learn how to maximize the usefulness of mobile broadband, which can simplify their lives. Demonstrations on how to use mobile broadband will be followed by Q&A periods when customers can ask specific questions about their devices. (Attendees are encouraged to bring their personal devices). All Verizon Wireless Mobile Broadband Devices, including the new MiFi mobile hotspot, will be available for customers to test.
