Beach Manufacturing Sells Garco Parcel to Adams Outdoor Advertising

CHARLESTON, SC – October 31st, 2008 – Beach Manufacturing, an affiliate of The Beach Company, has completed the sale of a 1.3 acre commercial land tract in GARCO Park to Adams Outdoor Advertising. Jon Cane, General Manager of Adams Outdoor Advertising, said the company intends to relocate their Charleston area corporate headquarters to the site.
Adams Outdoor Advertising Inc., based out of Atlanta, GA, provides outdoor advertising services throughout the Southeast, Northeast and Midwest.

GARCO Park, formerly an industrial manufacturing plant, is a 40-acre mixed-use development that will include neighborhood retail, commercial offices, residential loft condominiums, a grocery store and light industrial facilities oriented around a pedestrian streetscape.
