Sisters of Charity Providence Hospitals Announces 2008 Nurse of the Year

COLUMBIA, SC – June 18, 2008 – B.J. Dall, RN, has been named Nurse of the Year by Sisters of Charity Providence Hospitals.  Dall is an administrative supervisor at Providence who has previously worked in the emergency room and the intensive care unit.

Dall, a resident of the Lake Katherine community and a member of Trenholm Road United Methodist Church, received a diploma in nursing from South Carolina Baptist Hospital in Columbia. 

Dall’s co-workers describer her as a consummate professional whose loyalty and devotion to the hospital and patient are apparent in all she does.  A Providence employee for 25 years, Dall still takes great pleasure in her position.  “I’m honored to receive this award and grateful for the support of my co-workers,” she says.
