Charleston-based McKnight Frampton CPAs and Schleeter Monsen & Debacker Join with Elliott Davis

CHARLESTON and GREENVILLE, SC – December, 14, 2007 – Representatives with three of South Carolina’s oldest and most respected accounting firms – McKnight Frampton CPAs, LLC, Schleeter Monsen & Debacker, LLP and Elliott Davis, LLC – announced today that the three firms have combined operations. Charleston-based McKnight Frampton CPAs and Schleeter Monsen & Debacker will begin operating under the Elliott Davis name on January 1, 2008.

Both McKnight Frampton CPAs and Schleeter Monsen & Debacker will operate from their existing locations in downtown Charleston, with plans to combine offices for greater efficiency in the near future.
