The Beach Company hires Louie Soffner as Investor Relations Manager

Louie Soffner joins The Beach Company team as Investor Relations Manager. In this role, Soffner manages investor relations for The Beach Company, interacting with asset management and a recently launched acquisition fund. Prior to joining The Beach Company, Soffner served as a corporate investment accountant on Greystar’s domestic discretionary funds team. Soffner previously worked for two years within The Beach Company property management division. Soffner earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Indiana University.
