Lee & Associates Charleston’s John Orr, CCIM elected Vice President of the South Carolina Chapter of CCIM

The Charleston office of Lee & Associates announced that John Orr, CCIM has been elected Vice President of the South Carolina chapter of CCIM for 2018. Orr has recently served as the Treasurer for the South Carolina chapter in 2017 as well as Secretary in 2016 and has been a Board Member for the organization since 2015.

CCIM, or Certified Commercial Investment Member, is an organization that recognizes experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry and certifies members who have completed a rigorous program that includes education in financial analysis, market analysis, investment analysis and negotiations. Orr earned his CCIM designation in 1998 and has been an active member since.

Orr, Retail Services Director in Charleston, focuses on retail in the coastal South Carolina markets in addition to serving clients across the nation. Orr is an integral part of the Retail Services Group for Lee & Associates and assists clients by driving site selection and acquisition efforts, anchor tenant and complex lease negotiations and development and disposition services.
