CBC National Bank holds grand opening for new Mount Pleasant mortgage lending office

CBC National Bank, headquartered in Fernandina Beach and with branches in Fernandina Beach, Ocala and The Villages, Fla., and Beaufort and Port Royal, S.C., held a Holiday Grand Opening for its new Mount Pleasant mortgage lending office on Friday, Dec. 1, with a festive ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Mount Pleasant Mayor Will Haynie, Town Council Member Kathy Landing and Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce President Chris Staubes joined CBC’s office leadership team at the Grand Opening. On hand from CBC were John Parnell, branch manager, and loan officers Amy Edwards, Andy Schwartz and Brandy Atkinson.
The Holiday Grand Opening took place at the new mortgage lending office, located at 721 Long Point Road, Suite 409, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464.
The new Mount Pleasant office will focus exclusively on residential mortgage lending, including such products and services as conventional and government financing, lot loans, equity lines of credit, portfolio lending, jumbo loans, bridge loans and construction lending.
