William Means Real Estate closes major South of Broad properties

William Means Real Estate participated in the sale of two major South of Broad properties last week.

Real estate agent Leslie Anderson represented the buyers of 5 Limehouse St. for $1.89 million on Aug. 8. This single-family home sits in Charleston’s historic district. More than 2,600 square feet, it has double piazzas, modern amenities and a private garden.

William Means real estate agent Paula Yorke represented the buyers in the purchase of 62 S. Battery for more than $4.67 million on Aug. 11. This single-family home is more than 5,800 square feet. Situated in Charleston’s historic district, this three-story, modern home is located within walking distance of the Battery and White Point Garden.
