Former builder, developer joins Carolina One

The downtown office of Carolina One Real Estate at 49 Broad Street announced that experienced builder and developer Julie Strang has become the newest member of the office’s top producing team.
Raised and trained in a family of builders, developers and property owners, the transition to real estate was an easy one for Julie Strang. A native of Auburn, WA, Strang was responsible for designing and overseeing the buildout of both residential and commercial properties in both Southern California as well as right here on James Island.
Also in Southern California, Strang worked for Gentle Jungle where she trained animals in Hollywood for the motion picture industry. According to Ms. Strang, “Working on movie sets helped me to acquire the art of listening to what a client wants and needs and acquiring the skills to translate those desires into a successful action with precise timing.”
