A sweet romantic walk through America’s oldest garden

Magnolia Plantation and Gardens will offer a passport to sample a world of sweet treats on Feb. 11-12during a Valentine Chocolate Walk at America’s oldest romantic-style garden.
Guests can indulge in chocolates from Belgium, Switzerland, Mexico and other nations amid Magnolia’s award-winning ancient camellia collection along the Ashley River.
String musicians will serenade couples as they stroll between chocolate stations that will feature iconic treats. The chocolate walk will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is free with garden admission. Children under six are free. There will be a $5 charge to annual members for this event.
Couples will begin their stroll at the Conservatory then use the passport to find their way along a path that will take them through the camellia collection, ending at the White Bridge. Children will also receive a passport so they can join their parents.
