Scott Sloan receives Outstanding Service Award

Scott Sloan, Administrative Assistant with Careteam+, has received the 2016 Pee Dee Public Health Region Outstanding Service Award for his Outstanding Performance in Disease Intervention.  This marks the first time a private sector employee has received this prestigious award.

Scott was lauded for his caring attitude, a sincere desire to assist those needing service, and the welcoming atmosphere he provides to everyone who walks through the doors of Careteam+ “Individuals who are referred to the program for treatment remain in our care because of the excellent service they receive from individuals like Scott. He is an exemplary employee who sets the standard,” said Johanna Haynes, Executive Director and CEO of Careteam+.
