Colliers International associates named 2015 CoStar Power Brokers

Seventeen brokerage associates across the state recognized in their specialties, while company is recognized as a top leasing and sales commercial real estate firm.

Seventeen brokerage associates with Colliers International in South Carolina were recognized as 2015 CoStar Power Brokers, while the company itself was recognized as a Top Leasing Firm and Top Sales Firm. This marks the second year in a row that a double-digit number of associates with each of Colliers’ three offices in South Carolina were named as CoStar Power Brokers.

CoStar has recognized Power Brokers in commercial real estate for fifteen years now, basing the recognition on a thorough tally of sales and lease transactions. The Power Broker Awards go to the firms and individual associates who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective market.
