McEvoy, Smith and Ward on board with Carolina One

Carolina One Real Estate Services announces that Tracy McEvoy, Graham Nathan Smith and Kohn Ward have become associated with metro Charleston’s real estate market leader in three separate tri-county offices.

Tracy McEvoy was employed by industry giant Walmart for 17 years before deciding on a career in real estate.  A native of Jacksonville, FL, McEvoy has made Charleston her home for the last 22 years.  McEvoy will be working from the Metro North office of Carolina One on Crowfield Blvd. in Goose Creek.  An avid cake decorator, McEvoy and her 3 children reside in Goose Creek.

Graham Nathan Smith is a native Charlestonian and a graduate of the College of Charleston.  Prior to joining the Coleman Blvd, office of Carolina One, Smith was Program Director of the Little Gym in Mt. Pleasant and a PE teacher at the Meeting Street Academy in downtown Charleston.  An avid traveler and surfer, Smith and his wife Courtney live in Mt. Pleasant.

Kohn Ward was born in Cleveland, UT and received his BS in Anthropology from the University of Utah.  Additionally, Ward obtained an MS in Human Resources from Utah State University.  Recently relocated to Charleston from Seattle, WA, Ward was employed by the Microsoft Corporation for 12 years in various areas of Human Resources.  Currently residing in downtown Charleston, Ward enjoys art, music, theater, cooking and technology.  He has become affiliated with Carolina One’s downtown Charleston office on Broad Street.
