Colliers International brokers $5.2 million investment sale of medical office building

Colliers International’s Mark Mattison, CCIM, SIOR and Hagood S. Morrison represented the Seller in the investment sale of a downtown Charleston medical office building. The 14,000 square-foot facility, located at 163 Rutledge Ave., sold for $5.25 million.
