NAI Avant represents landlord in Ancho tenant lease renewal and expansion in the King and Queen building downtown Charleston, SC

David Grubbs, Managing Principal with NAI Avant’s Charleston office and broker Scott Peevy, CCIM, recently facilitated an office lease expansion and renewal in the King and Queen building located at 145 King Street in Charleston, SC. The tenant, Wall Templeton & Haldrup, PA, renewed their lease and expanded into a total of ±6,723 square feet of office space in Suite 300 of the building. Grubbs and Peevy represented the landlord, King and Queen Company, in the transaction. Charles Constant with Domicile Real Estate Brokerage represented the tenant.
