Dexter Rumsey, senior broker with NAI Avant’s Charleston office, recently arranged a ±12,150 square foot office lease of the entire third floor of Seven Storehouse Row located on the former Naval Base at 1360 Truxton Avenue in North Charleston, SC. Rumsey represented the landlord, Palmetto Railways, in the transaction. The tenant, Equiscript, LLC, was represented by Shep Benjamin and Bob Caldwell with Caldwell Commercial Real Estate Services.
