Avison Young commercial real estate announces that Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer, CCIM represented the landlord, First Point Properties, LLC, in the lease extension of a 1,550 SF office space located at 498 Wando Park Boulevard in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina with Long Point Family Chiropractic.
