New Popeyes restaurant comes to Ocean Lakes Village in Myrtle Beach, SC

Colliers International brings the first Popeyes franchise to Myrtle Beach.

Myrtle Beach, SC  – Colliers International has brokered a lease for a Popeyes restaurant at Ocean Lakes Village, a master planned development on the northwest corner of Highway 544 and Highway 17 Business in Myrtle Beach, SC. Colliers retail team members Rox Pollard and Jon Selfridge represented the landlord, The Jackson Companies, in the lease, while J.P Scurry, CCIM and Scottie Smith represented Popeyes.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is the world’s second-largest quick-service chicken concept based on number of units. As of July 12, 2015, they operated or franchised 2,443 restaurants in 48 states, the District of Columbia, three US territories, and 27 foreign countries. Popeyes specializes in “New Orleans” or Cajun style food, including spicy chicken, chicken tenders, fried shrimp, seafood, Red Beans and Rice, jambalaya and other regional items.
