South Carolina Power Team promotes Angelyn Thomas to Project Manager

COLUMBIA, SC – South Carolina Power Team is pleased to announce the promotion of Angelyn Thomas to project manager. In this role Angelyn will focus on new industry recruitment and job growth in the South Carolina Power Team service territory.

She will take a leadership role in project management and assist our partners with all facets of the site selection process. Angelyn will also participate in both Domestic and International marketing missions, conferences, and trade shows. In her previous role as business development manager, Angelyn coordinated SC Power Team’s business development activities. With her ability to organize and deliver concise, results-driven data, Angelyn has helped the Global Business team move forward in its economic development strategy and objectives.

Angelyn is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Formerly, she worked as business development coordinator for Charleston Regional Development Alliance (CRDA) in Charleston, S.C. She is a member of the South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association (SCEDA), South Carolina’s advocate for economic development professionals and policies affecting the industry.
