NAI Avant arranges sales of office condo in historic Franke Building

CHARLESTON, SC – David Grubbs, Managing Principal and Broker-in-Charge, as well as Scott Peevy, Broker, both with NAI Avant’s Charleston team, recently arranged the sale of an office condo inside the historic Franke Building in downtown Charleston, SC. Grubbs and Peevy represented the seller, W and S Subsidiary, LLC, in the sale of the ±2,693 square foot office condo located at 171 Church Street. Karl Zerbst with Caroline One represented the purchaser, 340 Franke Building, LLC, in the transaction valued at $730,000.
