Twin Rivers Capital Names Halley Manett Associate Development Manager

CHARLESTON, SC – Charleston-based commercial real estate developer, Twin Rivers Capital, LLC, has named Halley Manett Associate Development Manager.
Halley works in all phases of the development process.
After earning a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Logistics and Transportation from the College of Charleston, she worked as a Financial Analyst with the South Carolina State Ports Authority. She joined Twin Rivers Capital in 2013 as a Development Assistant.
