CargoComposites Announces New Web-based Customer Tools Portal

April 25, 2012

User Friendly Guides, Videos, Links, and Interactive Blog

CHARLESTON, SC – April 24, 2012 – CargoComposites recently launched a new Customer Tools Portal on its website for air cargo professionals to use to collect industry data and help manage their ULD fleets better.  The learning center features an interactive blog moderated by the “ULD MAN,” a former airline cargo executive with over 40 years of experience.

The ULD MAN will answer questions and post articles and topics relevant to today’s industry trends. The air cargo industry resources page is a collection of links to useful air cargo standards organizations, regulatory agencies, air cargo trade publications, resource tools and news articles pertinent to the industry. The video demonstrations page highlights CargoComposites ULD’s strength and durability tests.

Finally, there is a repair and maintenance guide that features images of cosmetic damage with references to the repair manual instructions to easily fix damage without sending to a repair station.  Website visitors can also find a useful product knowledge portal containing product guides with detailed specifications of the different ULDs offered.

CargoComposites President Tom Pherson states “We expect that both industry professionals and customers will use this portal as a learning tool, not only to become more familiar with our composite product line, but to take advantage of the opportunity to ask an industry expert questions about operations and to research industry relevant topics.”
