CHARLESTON, SC – November 22, 2011 –  E. David Grubbs, Jr., Managing Principal, and Thomas Boulware, VI, CCIM,members of NAI Avant’s Senior Brokerage Team, recently brokered thesale to My Sister’s House, Inc., in Charleston, SC. Joe Keenan with Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the purchaser, My Sister’s House, Inc. Grubbs and Boulware represented the seller in the transaction valued at approximately $420,000.
