25 Calhoun Now Open – Young Clement Rivers & Robert W. Baird First Tenants

CHARLESTON, SC – November 8, 2011 – 25 Calhoun is now open with Young Clement Rivers Law Firm and Robert W. Baird & Company as the building’s first tenants.

A development of Durlach Associates and Holder Properties, 25 Calhoun is the first large multi- tenant office building to open on the peninsula in about five years. 25 Calhoun is Charleston’s first LEED® registered New Construction Core & Shell office building.
