Priscilla Shumway to Host Train the Trainer Boot Camp October 14 – 15

ISLE OF PALMS, SC – Priscilla Shumway, award-winning national trainer for The Bob Pike Group, will host a Train the Trainer Boot Camp, October 14 – 15 at Goodwill Industries of Lower South Carolina Administrative Headquarters, 2150 Eagle Drive, Bldg 100 in North Charleston, SC. Sessions begin at 8:30 AM each day.
The Participant Centered instructional system helps organizations build their learning organizations, strengthen retention and enrich desired results. This workshop will help participants adapt strategies and activities to replace the usual lecture-based training approach. The participant-centered training uses group interaction over 80% of the time and focuses on transfer of skills and knowledge back on the job.
