Casual Pint opens second Midlands location

NAI Avant announced the opening of a second Midlands location for Knoxville based craft beer franchise The Casual Pint. Opening in July 2017, The Casual Pint occupies ±2,800 square feet (SF) of space at the newly constructed specialty retail center located at 217 Saluda Springs Road in Lexington.
Fee development of the project was done by the NAI Avant Project Management Team with construction by Weathers Contracting.
“Living with my family in the Lexington community, we always knew it was the perfect spot for one of our locations,” says franchise owner Doug Harmon. “We believe it will fill a need for craft beer in a family friendly atmosphere.”
Harmon opened the first Columbia store downtown at 807 Gervais Street, a property exclusively managed by NAI Avant, last July.
In addition to The Casual Pint, Burn Bootcamp occupies ±4,500 SF of space in the ±8,700 SF center.
