NAI Avant brokers new location for Aiden Lane store

NAI Avant is pleased to announce its client, Affordables Apparel, LLC dba Aiden Lane, will occupy ±1,850 square feet of retail space at 5336 Sunset Boulevard in Lexington, SC. Affordables Apparel was represented by senior broker Macon Lovelace, SIOR. The landlord in the transaction is CDG-Lexington, LLC.
The new store will open July 2017 and will carry the new line of Aiden Lane, along with other on-trend ladies apparel and accessories.
Affordables Apparel, which began in Charleston, aims to offer an incredible selection of handpicked women’s apparel and accessories at an affordable price, while providing each visitor with the best possible shopping experience.
The newest line for Affordables Apparel, Aiden Lane, is named after owners Lyndon and Melanie Amick’s daughter. “We want to help women everywhere feel redeemed, whole and beautiful, no matter what her goals are in life,” says Lyndon Amick. “We are very excited to become part of the Lexington community with this new store.”
The Amick’s plan to transition the name of all existing stores to “Aiden Lane.” There are currently 8 locations throughout South Carolina and Georgia.
