NAI Avant closes 1.09 acre land sale

NAI Avant is pleased to announce the sale of ±1.09 acres of land on Killian Road in Columbia, SC. Senior broker Ben Kelly represented the buyer, CSRA Steakburger, which will own and operate a Steak n’ Shake restaurant. The land was purchased from Crossings Development, LLC for $817,500.
