NAI Avant is pleased to announce the investment sale of 3004 Charleston Highway in Cayce, a ±11,400 square foot service facility. The seller, G&W Equipment Inc., was represented by NAI Avant senior broker Nick Stomski, SIOR and broker Lee Bussell, Jr. Rhodes Properties of Walterboro, LLC, represented by NAI Avant senior broker Macon Lovelace, SIOR, purchased the building for $825,000. Carolina Industrial Trucks will continue occupying the space as the tenant.
