NAI Avant is pleased to announce the sale of an ±8,765 square foot shopping center, known as the Galleria in Irmo, at 7325 St. Andrews Road in Irmo, SC. Retail Specialist Patrick Palmer, CCIM represented the seller in the transaction, Security Federal. NASI, LLC purchased the center for $695,000.
Located just 800 feet from the intersection of Lake Murray Boulevard and St. Andrews Road, the subject site is situated in the heart of Irmo. Current tenants in the shopping center are Copious Fibers, SC Vapors, Nationwide and Shear Indulgence. There are currently two retail spaces available for lease.
